Trade Accounts for U.S. Businesses
How approval works

A simpler way to manage repeat business purchases
Approved U.S. businesses can use a REACH Supply Trade Account to organize repeat orders, access eligible account-specific pricing, and keep business purchasing information together.
- No general order minimum: Product-specific quantity, pack, or supplier rules may still apply.
- Payment at checkout: Standard approval does not automatically create credit terms.
- Account-specific access: Pricing and purchasing tools belong to the approved business.
- U.S. purchasing: Trade Account purchases and pricing are handled in U.S. dollars.

What happens after you apply
Provide accurate business, contact, purchasing, and tax information.
We review the application and request clarification or documents only when needed.
If approved, eligible pricing and purchasing tools are added to your account.
Who can apply
- Appliance, HVAC, maintenance, installation, security, and locksmith businesses
- Repair technicians, contractors, property managers, and service companies
- Retailers, resellers, institutions, government buyers, and other commercial purchasers
- Businesses that purchase parts or supplies regularly or in larger quantities
Before you apply
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a specific discount, or access to every product.
- There is no general Trade Account order minimum. Individual products may still have minimum quantities, case packs, order increments, supplier minimums, or special-order conditions.
- A Trade Account is not automatically a credit account. Payment is due through the methods available at checkout unless REACH Supply approves separate written credit terms.
- Sales-tax treatment depends on applicable requirements and valid resale or exemption documentation. An EIN by itself does not remove sales tax. Review the U.S. Small Business Administration tax-ID guidance.
- Account pricing is confidential, non-transferable, and may vary by product, quantity, quote, or order.
Common Trade Account Questions
Who can apply for a REACH Supply Trade Account?
Repair companies, technicians, contractors, property managers, maintenance businesses, institutions, resellers, government buyers, and other verified commercial purchasers may apply. Approval is not automatic.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no general Trade Account minimum. Individual products may still have minimum quantities, case packs, order increments, supplier minimums, or special-order conditions shown before purchase.
Does approval include credit terms?
No. Standard Trade Accounts are payment-due-at-order. Net terms, a credit limit, or deferred billing apply only when REACH Supply approves a separate written credit arrangement.
What pricing will my business receive?
Pricing may vary by account, product, quantity, supplier, quote, promotion, and purchasing history. Approval does not guarantee a specific discount or access to every product.
Can I use my existing customer account?
Yes. Apply using the same email address as your existing REACH Supply customer account so approved Trade Account access can be connected to it.
What information may be needed for verification?
REACH Supply may request legal business details, operating information, purchasing needs, an EIN, state tax information, or supporting documents. Businesses that need an EIN can use the official IRS EIN information.
Does an EIN make every purchase tax-exempt?
No. An EIN identifies a business for federal tax purposes. Resale or tax-exempt treatment generally requires valid state-specific documentation and depends on the transaction and destination.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed manually and no fixed approval time is guaranteed. Complete and accurate information can help reduce delays when verification or supporting documents are required.
Can account pricing be shared with another business?
No. Trade pricing and account access are assigned to the approved business, are non-transferable, and should not be shared outside that organization.
